The site and all of its original content are the sole property of ArtbyBoon and are fully protected by the appropriate international copywrite and all other intellectual property law
Payments
All payments are due on confirmation of order receipt. If payment is not received or payment method declined the buyer will forfeit ownership of any items they wish to purchase. If no payment is received no item will be shipped
Shipping Policies
Shipping costs to be paid for in the overall item cost in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping the total costs associated to the buyer will be refunded. The seller will not be held responsible for items damaged during shipping
Refunds and Returns Policies
All items are entitled to be refunded or returned on basis of individual buyer complaint. If an item is deemed unsatisfactory a written explanation is required before an item can be considered for a refund. Any exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis
Cancellations
An item can be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed the buyer is responsible for payment
Complaints
Any complaints about purchased items can be sent to the Contact Page link at ArtbyBoon. No resolution is guaranteed but we will do our upmost to ensure client satisfaction
Legalities
ArtbyBoon is not responsible for any health and safety concerns once the item has been received by the buyer. If any harm is incurred by the buyer the seller shares no responsibility
